Our first session is really an assessment time where I listen to you and learn why you want to come to therapy now and what you would like to work on in your therapy.
I give you my honest opinion about very roughly how long we might work together to achieve your goals and how I would go about working with you to achieve them. For our next session, I will have prepared a treatment plan that we will go through together, and you will decide what you want to work on and how.
If you already know when you would like to come in, reserve a date and time by clicking on the Make an Appointment button on my Website. You will get a confirmation via email of the appointment time and day.
In addition, there will be some forms I send you via email that I ask you fill in and send in approximately 24 hours in advance of the appointment time. Remember to bring your method of payment with you when you come in.
